From 2012 to 2015, he was a postdoctoral associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. Muhammed received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), USA, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. Prior to his graduate studies, he received his B.S. degree in Software Development from the University of Tokyo, Japan.

Through his work at PureIT CUSO, Kyle provides credit unions with a high-level overview on emerging technology adoption that considers industry trends, strategy, regulation, and security. Kyle’s unique perspective will provide attendees with a better understanding of how credit unions evaluate and select technologies & partners that align with their strategic goals.
Mark will share his experience of building a data team from the ground up for the nation’s first credit union, St. Mary’s Bank. His background in ETL development and data warehousing provides a unique viewpoint into how some credit unions are designing & leveraging their data analytics ecosystem to drive member and revenue growth in a rapidly changing environment.
Mark Pelletier is a rising data professional with 10+ years of experience storing, organizing, and retrieving data for analytics and business intelligence purposes.
His skill set combines both the technical and business perspectives required to evaluate technology solutions, design & develop data source extraction methods, and implement the business intelligence strategies used by St. Mary’s Bank today.
Kyle Stutzman brings over 20 years of experience in Credit Union and technology industries, IT and operations leadership to PureIT CUSO & their clients. He has spent fifteen years in the Credit Union industry building a network of Credit Union leaders and industry vendors.
His previous work experience also includes being Chief Operations Officer of OGO, a Credit Union focused IT disaster recovery and community cloud provider. His expertise includes product & company acquisitions, process development & improvement, in-depth knowledge of Credit Union regulatory IT needs, and experience guiding a fast growing IT company.
Johnny Connell recently joined Arkatechture as Head of Sales and manages a team responsible for client acquisition, retention and growth across the organization's software and professional services business lines.
Prior to joining Arkatechture, Johnny spent his career in a variety of customer success, sales and leadership roles at SiriusDecisions and Forrester Research. Johnny holds a bachelor's degree in business management and entrepreneurship from the University of Connecticut and is currently pursuing a post-baccalaureate degree from the University of Massachusetts.
Charlotte Taft is the Senior Director of Business Intelligence at Callahan & Associates, providing data-driven insights on Callahan’s websites and software products. She owns customer analytics and is currently leveraging Tableau to integrate Callahan’s diverse credit union industry data sets. Charlotte as an BA in Anthropology and is expected to graduate with a Master's in Business Analytics at UVA Darden in August 2021.
Prior to joining Callahan, she worked as an account strategist at Google, specializing in small business ads policy and malware. Before Google, she was an associate with the Moody’s Analytics Risk Management Consulting team, focused on building credit risk rating models and consulting on capital adequacy and regulatory issues. Charlotte is a retired NCAA DI rower and current eighth-grade rowing coach. She enjoys thrillers and exploring with her brother's dogs.
