People are essential for developing a data culture in your organisation. But where should you start? Who should be involved and how can you empower people with data and knowledge? In this talk I share my recommendations, experiences and lessons learned for building empowered data communities in organisations that will transform how you work with data and will make your business a desirable place to work for data professionals.
Passion provides purpose and data informs decisions - but only if you choose to use it. Niamh will talk about the benefits of using a data driven approach to implement positive change at both a business and personal level, how this approach breaks down silos across teams and within our own thinking, and why we must continue to balance data insights with our human instinct to go above and beyond the "way we always did it".
