Mr. Fahl joined Splash as a Junior Developer in 2017. Before moving to NY, he held a postdoctoral researcher position at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. From 2012 to 2015, he was a postdoctoral associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. Muhammed received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), USA, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. Prior to his graduate studies, he received his B.S. degree in Software Development from the University of Tokyo, Japan.

Michael Messer is the Financial Controller for Tri-Win Direct, a privately-owned, national printer and mail house experienced in leveraging leading-edge technology to offer unique direct mail solutions for a wide array of industries. In his first year at Tri-Win, he used Tableau to decrease healthcare premiums by 16%, created tools for managers to control (in real-time) their KPI, and boosted the average discretionary income of most employees by $2,000-$6,000. Michael is currently enrolled in the Masters of Finance Program at UT Dallas and is in the process of launching his first company (based on an invention he successfully patented). In his spare time, he enjoys analyzing statewide financial data, crafting substantive public education legislation, playing guitar, running half-marathons, and spending time with his wife and two sons. He previously served as President of the Plano Sunrise Rotary Club and is an active member of North Texas Mensa.
