9:30 PM	Under the {"boardwalk":}	Community Presentation by Roshni Gohil Did you know that underneath each Tableau Desktop .twb file, there's XML source code? Did you know that underneath each Tableau Prep .tfl file, there's JSON source code? We'll cover some use cases for looking at the source code, how to make sense of the underlying structures in both types of files, and how carefully editing the code (at your own risk; always make a backup first!) can help you update Tableau workbooks and flows more efficiently. Roshni Gohil is an analyst at MIT's Investment Management Company (MITIMCo). While not knee-deep in data and Tableau, or trying to learn how real estate and investment management work, she tries to push user-centered design, business analysis, and project management processes and methods on (sometimes) unsuspecting colleagues. She's a Tableau User Group Ambassador, co-founded and co-leads the Higher Education TUG (HETUG) and MIT's internal TUG, and co-leads the Massachusetts Higher Ed TUG (MUG).
