COVID has underscored the importance of building systems, cultures, and tactical infrastructures that allow an organization to respond quickly and efficiently to changing needs and priorities in a dynamic and integrative way. The San Bernardino Community College District (SBCCD) has responded to this new reality by developing a suite of dashboards that provide strategy visibility and a single source of truth that all district employees can use to make projections, set targets, and even track disaggregated enrollment data. This presentation will discuss our use case, the collaborative energy behind the dashboard, and highlight how Tableau has become an integral component of our efforts to (re)grow enrollment.

Patsy will showcase Bakersfield College's Guided Pathway Momentum Points Dashboard. This dashboard shows headcount and success rates of First-time Fall Cohorts from Fall 2014 to Fall 2022 for several key momentum points.
