Then, we will get hands-on with Data Cloud, Prompt Builder and AI Agents, but completing the following workshops. Make sure you bring your laptop to be able to participate in this interactive workshop.

2 Prompt Builder: Learn how to create prompt templates grounded in your customer data.
3. Agents: Learn how to extent Agentforce Agents with custom actions.
