About this event

Dear Tableau User community,

Hope you are doing well and staying safe. With the upcoming summit we focus on how the Office of Research and Statistics (ORS) within the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ) in the Colorado Department of Public Safety (CDPS) and The Department of Clinical Services in the Colorado Department of Corrections (DOC) are impacting Colorado using data driven approaches.

The Office of Research and Statistics (ORS):

The office of Research and Statistics is to apply the highest level of scientific rigor and objectivity in the study of criminal justice policies, programs and practices, and to identify activities that improve the administration of justice. This includes educating policy makers, practitioners, fellow researchers, and the public through the timely dissemination of research findings.

The Department of Clinical Services:

The Department of Clinical Services in the Colorado Department of Corrections (DOC) is structured to function similar to a community health care organization and is accredited through the American Correctional Association (ACA). The DOC provides a range of health care services to the inmate population which includes but is not limited to medical, dental, behavioral health, support services, quality management, staff recruiting, training, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Virtual Data Summit.

Date: April 20th from 1.00 PM to 3.00 PM.
