Jessica Moon | Iron Viz Journey
Jessica Moon is a Data Analyst based in Huntsville, Alabama. She has worked on contracts supporting LDAC, AMC, Software Engineering Directorate, and NASA. Jessica has served two terms as a Tableau Public Ambassador and competed as a finalist on the Iron Viz stage. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children as well as taking an adult hip hop dance class.

Joe Kirby | How to Build a Blueprint Center of Excellence
Joe Kirby has nearly 30 years of experience in the IT field. He is a University of Nebraska graduate with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He began with the State of Missouri working Desktop Support. He then moved on to application development where he managed all phases of projects, including project management, business analysis, database design, coding, and training. In his role as Enterprise Information Architect with the Department of Conservation, he brought Business Intelligence through Tableau to the agency. As the Data Manger for the Office of Administration he manages the Tableau Enterprise environment across all state agencies. He is also helping guide the state to a centralized data lake environment. Joe has a passion to help agencies use their data to make better, timelier decisions.
