Introduction of the new Tableau User Group and meeting overview.

Trevor Wilder from Tableau will address the group about what's coming with Tableau.

Introductions of all school districts, their team members, which Student Information System they use, and a little bit about the Tableau environment within their district.

Mark Gallagher of Marysville Schools presents their COVID-19 School Impact dashboard.   He will go through the data sources, setup, rationale behind the indicators, and how they engaged multiple stakeholder groups to design the final product.

Corbin Moore of Hamilton City Schools presents their COVID-19 Quarantine Dashboard developed in Google Data Studio.

Robert Kramer of South-Western City Schools presents the latest adaptations to their Attendance Rate dashboard to account for Blended Learning Groups and physical vs. remote days, including allowing for physical attendance comparisons between different weeks and school years.

Data Evangelist, Bill Dwyer of Custom Computer Specialists, presents on his Student Contact Tracing dashboard.  This is intended for districts using hybrid attendance models. The dashboard takes as inputs, a target student number and start and end dates. The information presented shows the number of sections each student was in class with the target student between the selected dates.  He will also present on his more recently developed Staff Contact Tracing dashboard.

We will briefly discuss which segments went well, ideas for the next meeting, and officially close out the meeting.
