Mr. Fahl joined Splash as a Junior Developer in 2017. Before moving to NY, he held a postdoctoral researcher position at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. From 2012 to 2015, he was a postdoctoral associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. Muhammed received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), USA, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. Prior to his graduate studies, he received his B.S. degree in Software Development from the University of Tokyo, Japan.

In this talk, we will discuss the use cases and challenges solved by these APIs. Finally, Andrew and Emiliano will show examples showcasing the full power of the Tableau API suite.
As a Technical Architect Director on the Tableau Professional Services team, Emiliano drives customer adoption and success by providing guidance, best practices, and expertise. He has been a member of the global services team since 2012 and was the first Professional Services consultant in Europe. Emiliano has over 15 years of experience in the Business Intelligence and Analytics space and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he assists the largest and most complex Tableau deployments.
As a Technical Consultant on the Tableau Professional Services team, Andrew works with large enterprise accounts to scale Tableau by developing custom applications tailored around the automation of governing a Tableau Server deployment. Andrew has been a Technical Consultant working in automation for three years and has been with Tableau for one year. Andrew is based out of Kansas City, with plans to relocate to the Bay Area.
