Mr. Fahl joined Splash as a Junior Developer in 2017. Before moving to NY, he held a postdoctoral researcher position at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. From 2012 to 2015, he was a postdoctoral associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. Muhammed received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), USA, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. Prior to his graduate studies, he received his B.S. degree in Software Development from the University of Tokyo, Japan.

In this session, you will improve your data literacy skills by learning how to work with bar charts. The bar chart is the most common chart type in use on business dashboards. Nevertheless, there are always mistakes when creating them. Thus, we will also talk about some common mistakes by working with bar charts and find a better solution.

Currently, she is a Co-Host of the Tableau User Group and local chapter leader for Viz for Social Good in Berlin. In February 2018 she was awarded as a Tableau Featured Author.

As founder and co-leader of Data+Women Germany, Heidi has made it her mission to promote and improve diversity in the data community. In her current role as Analytics Evangelist, Heidi does what she does best: inspire others with her passion for a company-wide analytics culture.

Johannes started working for Borussia Mönchengladbach in August 2019 as data analyst for the first team. Coming from sports science, his passion for football and data was the foundation to further establish and improve data analysis throughout multiple areas like game analysis, workload management and scouting. Since the very start, Tableau is a key tool for Johannes and is helping to build a culture around data.

Ahmad ist bei der Woodmark Consulting als Account Manager tätig. Er ist verantwortlich für sämtliche Kunden und entwickelte sehr schnell eine Leidenschaft für Data Analytics & Visualization, da er bereits während seines Studiums Spaß daran hatte mit Daten zu arbeiten. So organisiert er im Großraum München die Tableau User Group um die vielen Tableaunauten zusammen zu bringen. So möchte er einen Mehrwert für jeden einzelnen Teilnehmer schaffen.

Vincent has dedicated his entire carreer to business intelligence and analytics. Vincent is within Woodmark since 2007. Before Woodmark Vincent was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte.
Vincent started his professional at Johnson & Johnson in Düsseldorf, where he was responsible for the Business Intellicence Center.
Vincent has worked with many BI and Analytics tool but Tableau has been a gamer changer for him. He loves to share his passion and is the coordinator of the Tableau User Group in Rheinland.
