Mr. Fahl joined Splash as a Junior Developer in 2017. Before moving to NY, he held a postdoctoral researcher position at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. From 2012 to 2015, he was a postdoctoral associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. Muhammed received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), USA, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. Prior to his graduate studies, he received his B.S. degree in Software Development from the University of Tokyo, Japan.

We use the Remo conference facility to host our virtual TUGs. This allows you to sit with a virtual table of people to network as well as hear presenters on the virtual "stage". Making it as close to a real life experience as possible.

However, history has shown that moving forward from the initial successes involves ‘Crossing the Chasm’ to ensure that you have the appropriate frameworks in place to extend Tableau across your business. This presentation will guide you through the capabilities, skills, roles and organisational structures to consider when scaling out your Tableau Centre of Excellence.
Lorna is a Tableau and Alteryx Consultant with The Information Lab. She started her journey using Tableau and Alteryx at the Information Lab's Data School, where she had four months intense training followed by 3 x 6 months placements in various industries. Once leaving the data school she went on to further her knowledge into different sectors and is now back with The Information Lab.
Lorna is also a Tableau Public Ambassador and most recently a Tableau Zen Master. She was previously Lorna Eden, but she did also get married.
Fun Fact: She is an ITF TaeKwon-Do Second Degree Black Belt and was once a world champion
Ella is the Head of Information at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust based in the east of Manchester. Ella discovered Tableau in 2014, and has since implemented and embedded Tableau within Pennine Care as the main data visuaIisation and reporting tool for the organisation.
Ella is also a Tableau User Group Ambassador
Fun Fact: Ella can wiggle her ears and once swam with a 5 metre long whale shark!
Colin is an independent consultant, utilising data visualisation to deliver critical insights from social and market research for evidence-based decision making. He can help you to make sense of your data, turning it into valuable business intelligence to make you and your organisation more effective and efficient. Tableau Desktop is his data analysis and visualisation tool of choice to create clear and informative charts and dashboards.
Fun fact: Colin has a two year old called Oscar, so he juggles data wrangling with daddy day care.
