His session will be a quick walk-through to demonstrate what a Web Data Connectors (WDCs) is, what you would use it for and how to create one. We'll look at the differences between v2 and v3 plus the differences between using these on Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud.

Tableau API is quite powerful and well-documented tool that grants the users a wide variety of
functionalities. When used effectively, it has the capability to automate many tasks that are
managed manually in many businesses. This presentation & Demo focuses on how Tableau API with
information taken from config files can be utilized to simplify the day-to-day business activities.
