Please join us at the next meeting of the Colorado K-12 Tableau User Group to learn, share, and connect! 
The agenda includes presentations from two districts with examples of visualizing social emotional data, i-Ready scores, and strategic plan metrics. There will also be a hands-on demo with tips and tricks for using Tableau to explore a new data set. Come ready to learn and to share your knowledge of Tableau.
We look forward to seeing you for a morning of learning and networking with your peers!
This meeting will be held at Littleton Public Schools in the boardroom of the Education Services Center at 5776 S Crocker St. Littleton CO 80120. Participants will need to show their driver license when they arrive and check in.  Parking is available on the street and in the lots around the building. Be careful not to park on the west side of Crocker as that is permitted only. 
Lunch will be provided and there will be a demo of a self-paced Tableau training offering from Plante Moran.

Welcome	Welcome, introductions, updates
Genna Ashymov, Littleton Public Schools	Using Tableau to Track Social Emotional Data and I-Ready Scores: Littleton Public Schools will present on using Tableau to identify trends in data for both social emotional forms and I-Ready scores. The district will use mock data sets to show visualizations on safety plans, suicide risk reviews, I-Ready scores, and a visualization that brings all of the students' social emotional form data together to identify students' overall level of concern. The district's Director of Social, Emotional & Behavior Services and Coordinator of Continuous Improvement will also discuss how they use the visualizations to help students.
Maude Torp, Boulder Valley School District	Strategic Plan Metrics Dashboard: Boulder Valley School District will present on their Strategic Plan dashboard. The project focuses on identifying student populations that are disproportionately represented in certain metrics. These metrics include: behavior and suspension incidents, advanced course enrollment, state test results, and reading intervention data. This project includes a public facing version of the dashboard. The district will discuss some of the challenges with making a complex dashboard available to the public, in a user friendly and data secure way.
