Carolin has over 50 people working for her - without paying them anything. We talk of course about a project that brings IT courses to students and the 50 people are volunteers. With her initiative she contributes to filling a much felt gap between young people and IT skills and Literacy. Schools are not yet teaaching appropiate Tech competencies that are vital for everyday life but also for the future.
