Tonight, Aiah Wieder will (crochet) hook us into Crafteryx, the craft-based virtual user group blending Alteryx (a data analytics and automation tool) with crafts like crochet and knitting. Passionate about data? Passionate about joining data and a hobby? This event is for you!

Aiah Wieder is an Associate Director at KPMG, where she leads a data automation solutions team to support partnership tax compliance. She is a CPA (New York State), MBA (Fordham '15), and MOM (Imogen, 6). In 2022, she co-founded Crafteryx, which creates and presents unreasonably large handmade projects at the Alteryx Inspire conference. She keeps her canvases in alignment and deletes Data Cleanse tools on sight. She has been knitting for over three decades, crochets very badly, and picked up embroidery during Covid; she hopes to learn how to use a sewing machine someday. Her daughter does not know that you can buy Halloween costumes from a store.

After this is our Create Your Own Data Badge activity, displaying our relationship with data visually, with our very own co-leads Juliet Craig and Tabitha Diaz. We'll use these to network with each other and form professional close-knit relationships with each other. This portion of the event will be an in-person event only.
