Sonja Kuijpers is a Dutch data illustrator and the creative force behind STUDIO TERP, her one-woman information design studio based in Eindhoven, Netherlands. With a background in public space design and experience in landscape architecture, she brings a unique perspective to data visualization, emphasizing both analytical depth and aesthetic appeal. Sonja's dedication to data storytelling has earned her international recognition. In 2019, she received the Information is Beautiful Gold Award for her personal project "A View on Despair," which delves into the topic of suicide and mental health.
