Log in, grab a treat, and take a comfortable seat.
We'll meet Katie Stephenson, an Institutional Research Analyst at Rice, who'll share some of the wisdom 🦉 she's picked up on her journey with data and Tableau. And maybe some questions about tacos.
We'll spice things up and open up the floor for folks to share a few Tableau Conference highlights--from the meatball to address geocoding to some high koality IronViz dashboards--the whole guacamole is up for discussion.
Past IronViz winner Lisa Trescott will share some tips and tricks from her recent Tableau Conference Tableau Tip Battle performance. Did we mention that it's Taco Tuesday? We're very excited that Lisa will be shelling out a whole lotta puns to cheese things up.
How do you make student success stats meaningful? It's a question that has probably kept Michael Faulkner up at (k)night. He's going to show us how his IR office has put the SCC in Student Success. He'll share how Surry uses Tableau Public as a tool for collaboration and investigation, how the SCC 30-second design rule helps strengthen SCC's data visualization armor, and three student success dashboards that shine.
We'll close out the meeting with info about our next HETUG meeting, and then open up breakout rooms to chat and taco 'bout whatever's on your mind!
Have a quick tip to share? A longer presentation? Want us to interview you in our Meet a Community Member segment? We want to hear from you!
