Who Are They?

Bo McCready, a data scientist from Austin, Texas, was named the 2025 Iron Viz Champion at the Tableau Conference for his winning viz, "One Hit Wonders." A Tableau user since 2012 and active community member since 2018, Bo has entered Iron Viz seven times with three prior top 10 finishes. He is also a Tableau Public Ambassador, known for sharing creative work and engaging with the data community.

Ryan Soares, a Visual Analytics Consultant at Deloitte Canada, based in Ajax, Ontario, is a Tableau Public Ambassador and influential voice in the data visualization community. He was a 2025 Iron Viz finalist and won the Fan Favorite award for his creative "Shark Tank"-themed visualization. Since starting his Tableau journey in 2018, Ryan has earned nine Viz of the Day honors and three top-ten Iron Viz finishes. He also co-leads the Sports Tableau User Group, showcasing his passion for sports and storytelling through data.
