Usability testing is common in web development, where teams observe real users as they interact with a site through a set of typical user tasks, with an end goal of building products that are easier for users to learn and use, and that users actually want to use. We’ll walk through how to apply usability testing to Tableau dashboards and look at some real-world before-and-afters with fundraiser dashboards to see the impact of usability testing.
