He'll talk about identifying the intended customer, what questions to ask when, and how to uncover calls to action.
Sarah Bartlett - Dashboards that Deliver
Sarah Bartlett is a 4x Tableau Visionary working as a BI Enablement Director, EMEA at JLL. Sarah will be taking us through her process to create dashboards that deliver. She'll share with us her scoping exercises that put the user at the heart of design.
Rohit Syed-Hasan - Engaging Customers: From Theory to Practice
Rohit is a Data Analyst working in the Evaluation and Insights team at UCL Partners. Rohit will guide us through an example of designing a dashboard with stakeholders, from initial engagement to post-delivery. He'll talk to us about ensuring your product remains fit for purpose and the benefits and challenges of ‘staying in touch’ with your customer post-delivery.
