Beyond Technology: Supporting data analysts at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
Erin is a data analyst turned IT person at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). She leads technology and enablement for the organization’s Business Intelligence Team. Over the past 10 years at the CFPB, she has helped hundreds of analysts across the organization analyze and visualize data through technology, formal training, and individual coaching. She has presented about her work supporting analysts at the Tableau Customer Conference and at other Tableau User Groups. Erin caught the interactive dataviz bug when working as a research analyst at a non-profit and needing a better way to share findings with decision-makers. Outside of work, Erin mostly chases her 5 year old and 2 year old around.
